I believe that lightening can strike twice... For it was two significant
events that prompted us to begin our floral preservation business.
 |
Our
wedding day was absolutely wonderful with the beautiful dresses,
colors, family and friends, and lots of love. I can still
remember when our florist came in to set up all of our flowers
and I saw my bouquet of exquisite roses for the first time.
I instantly fell in love with the color, fullness and fragrance
of my bouquet. However, the wedding day seemed to fly by and
in a blur we were off to our honeymoon. I hadn’t given
much thought to preserving my bouquet, and over time, that
was something I began to regret. |
My husband
knew how much I adored my wedding flowers so for our 1st year
anniversary he had a replica bouquet designed. This time I was
determined to have it preserved. We had it freeze-dried and it
is now a beautiful decorative piece in our house which will stay
radiant for years to come.
Shortly after
our wedding, I had the unfortunate experience of losing my grandmother.
She was a special person throughout my life. It was at her funeral
that I carefully selected a few roses from an arrangement with
the hope of preserving their beauty to symbolize my Grandma’s
everlasting beauty. Today, her flowers are preserved and encased
and serve as a constant reminder that Grams is still with me.
It is because
of these two significant events that I finally realized I could
help others cherish their special memories, also. Together,
with the help of my husband Jeff, we founded a business based
on a passion for helping others capture the essence of their memories
through floral keepsakes.
We
are looking forward to creating your special floral keepsake,
too.
“Words
cannot express how beautiful the memory box and the yellow
roses are. I will cherish them both forever. I already have
the memory box filled and will keep it in the bedroom so I
can see it every morning and evening.”
